What To Know Before Booking

Full payment is required to reserve your date and time slot officially. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

A travel fee applies to all events and varies based on location across NYC and NJ. The exact amount will be confirmed prior to booking based on travel time and parking availability.

All bookings are final. Because your time slot is exclusively reserved for your event, payments are non-refundable, and dates cannot be rescheduled once confirmed.

Yes. I am fully insured (General Liability) and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request for luxury buildings, corporate plazas, or private venues.

Yes! Holiday Event Agency is an official NYC DOE Vendor. We have extensive experience working with public schools and city libraries. Please mention this during booking to process your request through the Department of Education system.

• Furniture: One small table and two chairs.
• Outdoor Events: A fully shaded area is mandatory to protect the cosmetic-grade paints and glitters from melting or drying out.
• Products: We use only premium, FDA-compliant, and hypoallergenic materials.
