Booking Policy & Party Guidelines

To ensure your celebration is magical and runs smoothly, please take a moment to review our guidelines:

Booking & Payments

• Secure Your Magic: To lock in your date and time, 100% full payment is required upfront. We cannot hold slots without payment, so this ensures your artist is officially reserved for you!

• All Sales Final: Once a slot is reserved, it’s yours. To maintain our high standard of service, we do not offer rescheduling or refunds for cancellations.

• Punctuality: We love a prompt start! If the event is delayed by more than 15 minutes due to venue or guest readiness, a waiting fee of $100 per 30 minutes will apply. This helps us stay on schedule for all our wonderful clients.

Weather & Safety

• Outdoor Events: For the safety of our performers and the quality of our materials, we cannot perform in rain, high winds, or temperatures below 68°F (20°C). Any changes for outdoor setups must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Peace of Mind: We are fully insured with professional liability coverage for your protection.

• Force Majeure: In the rare event of severe weather, performer illness, or emergencies, a full refund will be issued.

Service & Hygiene

• Health First: To keep everyone safe, we cannot paint guests who appear unwell (fever, cough, runny nose) or have skin irritations.

• Happy Faces Only: Face painting is for ages 3 and up. We will never paint a child who is crying or unwilling — we want everyone to have a positive experience!

• Care & Removal: For easy removal, massage liquid soap onto dry skin first, then rinse. Avoid baby wipes!

• Supervision: While we love entertaining, an adult must supervise children at all times. We are there to create art, not provide childcare.

Privacy & Respect

• Your Privacy: Your personal data is strictly for booking purposes and will never be shared.

• Equipment: We bring professional-grade kits. Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests.
